Overview

At BlackButtonStock.com, we are committed to providing high-quality, AI-generated imagery to enhance your creative projects. Due to the nature of our digital products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on all instant downloads, subscriptions, and membership purchases. However, if you experience an issue with your purchase, we are happy to assist in resolving it.

 

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Because all BlackButtonStock.com products are digital, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once a purchase is completed. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Instant download image collections
  • Subscription-based memberships (Snap Tier, Loop Tier, Enterprise Tier)
  • Custom AI-generated images
  • Gift cards or promotional credits

We strongly encourage reviewing our image licensing and collection previews before completing your purchase.

Refund Exceptions

While all purchases are final, we may consider a refund only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same product, contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will process a correction.
  • Technical issues: If you are unable to download your purchased images due to a technical error on our system, please notify us at concierge(@)blackbuttonstock.com  within 5 days of your purchase. Our team will assist in resolving the issue.

Any requests outside these circumstances will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Membership & Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a Loop Tier (Annual Access) or Enterprise Tier (Unlimited Access) membership, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. However:

  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period (you will retain access until then).
  • No partial refunds or credits will be provided for unused time within your membership period.
  • Once canceled, you will lose access to any future monthly collection drops. And will lose the right to the current images you have unless you pay the one-time lifetime access fee.  Email us if you are interested : concierge(@)blackbuttonstock.com

To cancel your subscription, log into your BlackButtonStock.com account or email  concierge(@)blackbuttonstock.com for assistance.

Sale & Discounted Purchases

  • All sale items and discounted purchases are final and cannot be refunded.
  • Promotional offers and pricing adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

Late or Missing Refunds

If we have approved a refund for a duplicate charge or technical issue, please note:

  1. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
  2. If you do not see your refund after this period, check with your bank or payment provider (as processing times may vary).
  3. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [insert email] with your transaction details.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
